Firstly, I have to say that CCNA Academy and Certificate CCNA is totally different. Many people still do not know about it such as what is the CCNA and why they should take this course. The Academy course is for students, designed by Cisco. The provided lessons are the fundamental, and the students have to take for about 1-2 years to complete the course. The course divided in to 4 parts, which are CCNA I, CCNA II, CCNA III, and CCNA IV and detail of each part is quite generic and not difficult to learn and complete the course.
If we compare to each other, we found that the CCNA Academy will take longer time to complete the course but gain a lot of knowledge. However, there are plenty of knowledge that unnecessary for students and this may not be very useful for their work, for example, the knowledge about specification and function of old model router that may be no longer used or no longer available.
However, there still be advantage of taking Academy CCNA course, which is students who take the course will gain a lot of knowledge and be able to learn all element of the course. But, again, this will take very long to complete and gain all of knowledge provided by the course. The Certification CCNA also has advantage, that is, it is the tool to assess qualification and effectiveness of a person who take the course, but if they fail to complete the course, which provided by Cisco, they may feel lose confidence and affect to their work.
There are also many questions such as how to prepare for the Certificate CCNA and what they should know before taking the course or are there any tips to pass the assessment.
I therefore have summarized the fundamental qualification of people who want to take the assessment in order for you to prepare yourself for the assessment.

6.If you failed the first assessment, you can re-apply after 2 weeks
7.The exam consists of 55-56 exams, do not hurry and read the instruction carefully before start the exam.
Knowledge you must have in order to pass the exam

3. LAN, WAN network setup and configuration
4. Knowledge on how to configure routable protocols (IP, IPX, etc.)
